With over 22 years of Real Estate and Property Management experience, I offer a wealth of industry knowledge, experience and a team of professionals with time-tested capabilities. Strengths include but are not limited to contract negotiation, client mediation, investor expertise, luxury homes, and relocations. I have been a South Florida resident and business professional since 1994.

I know how daunting the buying, selling, and renovation process is. I handle the transaction from start to finish with professionalism, time-tested experience, and an understanding of how and what it takes to close a deal with as little friction as possible. Hundreds of completed transactions in my career have taught me that every transaction is different. Education and experience are invaluable to closing and are rare qualities among Real Estate professionals.

Originally from Maryland, I moved to Miami in 1994. Initially pursuing a degree in psychology, I eventually found myself in the Hospitality Industry, working my way up to management. Real Estate became a passion while exploring career opportunities that would enable me to have a more flexible work schedule. After working with my first firm, Swire Real Estate, I became a Broker in 2002 and helped found FCM Realty Group. I moved to Keller William Miami Beach in 2019 after closing FCM Realty and grew with a successful team there, placing in the top 10 teams the last two years running.

Countless renovations and design projects have lent to my passion for interior design, construction, and project management. Serving on the board of directors of a condominium has also provided me with extensive knowledge of building administration and an in-depth understanding of running high-rise buildings. In 2016 I joined Fortune House Hotel as VP of Operations when we acquired the hotel from its previous ownership.
My hobbies include travel, anything related to automobiles, food and wine, and interior design.

I am a proud Ambassador and member of the Miami Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, and my businesses welcome a diverse pool of clients worldwide. I am a DEI (Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion) member and serve as an ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for Keller Williams.
