Matthew Stevens
With over 22 years of Real Estate and Property Management experience, I offer a wealth of industry knowledge, experience and a team of professionals with time-tested capabilities. Strengths include but are not limited to contract negotiation, client mediation, investor expertise, luxury homes, and relocations. I have been a South Florida resident and business professional since 1994.
I know how daunting the buying, selling, and renovation process is. I handle the transaction from start to finish with professionalism, time-tested experience, and an understanding of how and what it takes to close a deal with as little friction as possible. Hundreds of completed transactions in my career have taught me that every transaction is different. Education and experience are invaluable to closing and are rare qualities among Real Estate professionals.
Originally from Maryland, I moved to Miami in 1994. Initially pursuing a degree in psychology, I eventually found myself in the Hospitality Industry, working my way up to management. Real Estate became a passion while exploring career opportunities that would enable me to have a more flexible work schedule. After working with my first firm, Swire Real Estate, I became a Broker in 2002 and helped found FCM Realty Group. I moved to Keller William Miami Beach in 2019 after closing FCM Realty and grew with a successful team there, placing in the top 10 teams the last two years running.
Countless renovations and design projects have lent to my passion for interior design, construction, and project management. Serving on the board of directors of a condominium has also provided me with extensive knowledge of building administration and an in-depth understanding of running high-rise buildings. In 2016 I joined Fortune House Hotel as VP of Operations when we acquired the hotel from its previous ownership.
My hobbies include travel, anything related to automobiles, food and wine, and interior design.
I am a proud Ambassador and member of the Miami Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, and my businesses welcome a diverse pool of clients worldwide. I am a DEI (Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion) member and serve as an ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for Keller Williams.

Paula Flores
Paula was always independent and driven. She never took the easy road because when you do what is easy, life will be challenging, but life will be easy if you do what is hard. Paula wanted a great life.
She went to Engineering school at one of the top universities in Chile, where she studied Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering. Later she got her MBA at one of the top schools in Italy. Bocconi University in Milan. After years of hard work, client satisfaction focus, and high work ethics, she became Sales Director for Latin America for one of the top telecommunications companies in Europe, Telecom Italia, working at a beautiful office in Downtown Miami.
Paula had already gotten her Real Estate license a few years back when the circumstances at her telecom job changed dramatically. One thing led to another, and she became a full-time Realtor in 2013.
In 2016 she moved to Keller Williams, the #1 Real Estate Company globally and one of the top training companies. Paula wanted to learn to be a GREAT agent, not just one agent more. She wanted to provide the best customer service and develop great relationships.
Paula has taken hundreds of hours of training because she wants to serve her clients at a high level and even became a trainer herself. She currently teaches other agents how to sell their listings and about running their businesses as a business (agent financials and budgeting)…and recently, she became a coach for new agents at KW Miami Beach. She applies this knowledge to help her clients become investors and increase their wealth.
Paula is part of the ALC (Agent leadership council) at the KW Miami Beach office. She won the KW culture award in 2018. Her team GottaLoveMiami recently became one of the top teams.
Paula has also earned the Certified Luxury Home Specialist certificate from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She is part of the exclusive Sports & Entertainment division at Keller Williams. She also has the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) certifications and is a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor). All credentials allow her to serve her clients at the high level they deserve.
